ACCEPTANCE:
All vendors - new and returning - The attention you give to the application matters more this year than it ever has before.
The sooner you fill out this application, the greater your chances of acceptance are. Acceptance emails will be sent from 02/15/2024 through 03/11/2024, as applications are vetted and spaces are filled.
Be thoughtful, creative and do your best filling this out. Our culinary partners are chosen on the basis of the strength of their application and our follow-up conversations. We will be talking with every potential vendor this year - returning and new alike - to discuss exciting new aspects of the overall culinary program this year. Be excited and get prepared to leap in!

Due to the overwhelming amount of applicants, we are not able to provide individual updates as to whether or not a vendor is accepted. We will send emails to all accepted vendors as spaces are filled.
BOOTH FEES:
Electric Forest will take a commission on gross sales (less sales tax). Calculation of this commission % is based on the booth type, booth location, and the pre-approved menu, as well as food and beverage preparation and presentation.
All food vendors must utilize operational infrastructure installed by Electric Forest, including: sales tent, facade, signage, point of sale, and power. The costs for these items is passed onto the vendor and must be paid within 6 weeks of acceptance.
Estimate costs for each item are listed below in application.
RULES & REGULATIONS:
Vendors must comply with all Electric Forest Rules & Regulations, including the serveware inventory program, sustainability initiatives, and POS system compliance.
Electric Forest's serviceware + inventory program requires that all food vendors purchase all their plates, boats, napkins, cups, straws, etc. from our 3rd party compostable ware provider. No outside serviceware is permitted for use at the festival.
Accepted Vendors are responsible for paying all sales taxes, obtaining a temporary food license from the local health department, and complying with all requirements for a temporary food establishment. Details regarding sales tax and food license requirements will be provided upon acceptance.
INSURANCE:
All Vendors are required to have an insurance policy to participate in Electric Forest. Specific insurance requirements and submission instructions will be emailed to accepted Vendors. Accepted vendors are required to submit Certificate of Insurance within 7 days of acceptance.
PLEASE NOTE:
GA Campground (Main Street) will be opening on Tuesday, June 18 to a limited crowd. Vendors who are able to open on Tuesday June 18 to service this crowd will be given preference. All other campground vendors must be open for business by 9 AM on Wednesday, June 19.
Due to new layouts there are very minimal food truck spaces available. All food trucks applying that can also operate as a booth are encouraged to apply as booth.
