Sand In My Boots Craft Vendor Application

Application process:
This is an application, and does not guarantee acceptance. Please read and follow the instructions included in this application. We will not accept applications that are not completed correctly. Applicants MUST have prior vending experience, photographs of their booth setup, and include a detailed description of products and/or services to be considered. Applications are due by February 1, 2025.
Vending Fees + Requirements:
Vendors will be charged a flat vending fee per 10x10 space at the festival. Once accepted, you will receive an acceptance letter and contract with more information regarding fees, required paperwork, and insurance. No vending will be permitted outside of the contracted booth space, and no vendor signage may be posted to the exterior of the booth.
Festival to provide:
Vendors will be provided with festival-produced signage, one (1) electrical outlet, (1) 8' table and (2) folding chairs per 10x10 contracted space. Signage will be designed, printed and installed by the festival. Vendors will be provided with three (3) festival vendor wristbands per 10x10 contracted space. Festival vendor wristbands are valid for all festival days, are non-transferable and are required for entry.
