Terms of Radio Equipment Usage:

I understand I have taken possession of New Orleans Jazz Festival 2026 Telecommunication Radio Equipment.  I understand that while equipment is in my possession I am solely responsible for the equipment issued to me.  Upon project completion I agree to return New Orleans Jazz Festival 2026 Telecommunication Radio equipment to the Telecommunication department.  I understand that I will be fully responsible in covering all costs of replacement equipment for all pieces not returned to the Telecommunications department.  Failure to return equipment will result in a replacement fee. 

Fees for each piece of equipment are as follows

Radio: $1834

Double headset: $369

Surveillance Mic: $133

Speaker Mic: $122

Lightweight headset: $99

Spare Batteries: $208

Single Rapid Charger: $88
