Terms of Equipment Usage:

These conditions must be carefully read and you must sign your agreement to be permitted use of carts and equipment for New Orleans Jazz Festival 2025.

• All drivers must be approved in advance and must have a valid driver’s license.

 
RULES AND REGULATIONS: 

• No driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol. 
• No talking or texting on a mobile device while driving. 
• Use headlights after dusk. 
• No reckless driving. (maintain appropriate speeds, especially around vehicles and pedestrians)
• All traffic signs must be obeyed. 
• All accidents must be reported. 
• No standing while driving. 
• No excess passengers (one person per seat).
• Yield to larger vehicles and Heavy Equipment.  
• Park your cart only in designated areas. 
• Make sure your cart is not obstructing any road or pathway. 
• Check your fuel levels. 

WHEN RETURNING:

• Remove all personal belongings and trash.
• Bring your cart back to the transportation barn to officially turn it in.
• Return your cart with the key you were provided. 

Any driver who disobeys any cart rules, RISKS LOSING ALL DRIVING PRIVILEGES, even first time offenders.  

BE A SAFE AND CONSIDERATE DRIVER
