Instructions: Please complete this form with the On Site Job Functions of staff working your activation on SHOW DAYS ONLY. All passes are valid for all 3 days of the festival, and will change each weekend. Please err on the higher side, as day of changes might result in long wait times and inability for staff to be on time for their call time. NOTE: Field passes are the MANDATORY credential type for all workng personnel. Once these quantities are approved, unique links will be sent out to the contact person listed above where they can assign names to passes. Individuals may only pick up (1) Field pass and any subsequent supplementals that have been assigned to them.

Credential Access Details
Working Pass:
Also known as a Field Pass. Provides access to venue before doors. Access to all Front of House (FOH) and limited Back of House (BOH) areas. This pass does not allow access to VIP, Guest areas, and Backstage areas.
Campground Vendor:
This wristband does not allow venue access, and should be used for anyone that needs access to the campgrounds ONLY.
Staff Parking:
A limited number of staff parking spaces will be available for your agency/brand. These can be used for the activation managers and brand managers. Staff Parking lots can only be accessed by people with Field credentials. The number of passes you receive must be advanced and approved by Goldenvoice. We highly encourage you to carpool.
Staff Camping:
A limited number of staff camping spaces may be available for your agency/brand. These can be used for the activation managers and brand managers. Staff Camping lots can only be accessed by people with Field credentials. The number of passes you receive must be advanced and approved by Goldenvoice.
