Terms of Equipment Usage:
These conditions must be carefully read, and you must acknowledge your agreement to be permitted use of vehicles for New Orleans Jazz Festival 2026.
• All drivers must be approved in advance and must have a valid driver’s license.
RULES AND REGULATIONS:
• No driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
• No talking or texting on a mobile device while driving.
• Use headlights after dusk or in low visibility conditions.
• No reckless driving; maintain safe speeds at all times.
• Obey all traffic signs and site regulations.
• Yield to pedestrians, heavy equipment, and high-traffic areas.
• All accidents or incidents must be reported immediately.
• No unauthorized passengers.
• Park only in designated areas and do not block roadways or access points.
• Monitor fuel levels and report low fuel as needed.
WHEN RETURNING:
• Remove all personal belongings and trash.
• Return vehicle to the designated transportation area.
• Return all keys as assigned.
Any driver who violates these rules RISKS LOSING ALL DRIVING PRIVILEGES, even for a first offense.
