Instructions: Please complete this form with the On Site Job Functions of staff working your activation on SHOW DAYS ONLY. Please designate ONE point of contact for this activation. We will only honor one submission for each group.

Please err on the higher side, as day of changes might result in long wait times and inability for staff to be on time for their call time. NOTE: Working credentials are the MANDATORY credential type for all workng personnel. Once these quantities are approved, unique links will be sent out to the contact person listed above where they can assign names to passes. Individuals may only pick up (1) Working pass and any subsequent supplementals that have been assigned to them.

Working:

Working wristbands are for your activation staff. This is the MANDATORY wristband for all staff working on-site. These credentials allow entry to the venue prior to doors. Staff working Load In only do not need to be advanced a Working pass.
Working wristbands have access to:
• Main Venue

• Front of House working areas (FOH)

• Staff entrances (BOH)
Working wristbands do not have access to any VIP or SVIP areas. Working passes allow access to the venue before doors are open to the public.
Working Plus Add-On:
** these passes will be assigned to you according to need **
Allows the same access as Working Credential AND access to the VIP areas and Artist Compound. This is an add-on and must be paired with a Working wristband. It does not grant venue access by itself.
Photo Pass Add-On:
Staff approved to capture content of the activation. This is an add-on and must be paired with a Working wristband. It does not grant venue access by itself.
