Instructions: Please complete this form with the On Site Job Functions of staff working your activation on SHOW DAYS ONLY. Please designate ONE point of contact for this activation. We will only honor one submission for each group.

Please err on the higher side, as day of changes might result in long wait times and inability for staff to be on time for their call time. NOTE: Working credentials are the MANDATORY credential type for all workng personnel. Once these quantities are approved, unique links will be sent out to the contact person listed above where they can assign names to passes. Individuals may only pick up (1) Working pass and any subsequent supplementals that have been assigned to them.

All Access:

All Access
Artist Village (Add On):
Allows access into the Artist Pool area. Will only be approved if you have an activation in this area..
Good Life Staff:
Allows access into Good Life areas, inlcluding Good Life Campgrounds. Will only be approved if you have an activation in this area..
Lot S Car Camping:

- These should be requested if you'd like to camp with your vehicle in our Sponsor specific lot.
- These spots are 10' x 30' and should fit one standard size vehicle and a tent (or two!)
Lot S Day Parking:
- These spots are for day parking ONLY.
- These spots are only big enough for one standard size personal vehicle.
Lot S RV Camping:
- These are extremely limited and will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis.
- Allows space for one personal vehicle in the spot.
- These spots allow for powered RVs
Vendor:
Allows access into the general festival grounds and limited back of house areas. This is our base level credential for all working personnel.
